The Harvester Golf Club is offering ten years of free golf at The Harvester Tournament Course to the buyers of the remaining lots and homes in the first phase of the Carver and McCormick Homesteads and the remaining lots and homes in the Sherman Hill area of Wallace Homestead (lots 45 through 54). The cost of the opportunity at a comparable facility is approximately $50,000 over a ten-year period, assuming an initial fee and monthly dues.
