options. Above prices do not include applicable taxes and are subject
to change. POLICIES FINAL PAIRINGS The Harvester Golf Club (THGC) must receive final pairings of
all participants no later FOOD AND BEVERAGES THGC must receive the final number of participants for all catered
events no later THGC will provide all food and beverages served on Harvester property. Tournament organizer shall require all members of his/her event to comply with the liquor laws of the State of Iowa, and will not allow golfers to consume on premises any alcohol which was not purchased from THGC without express written permission and the charge of a corking fee determined by the Food and Beverage Manager. All food and beverages sold on tab during corporate/group events
will be subject to an 18% gratuity charge. PAYMENTS A deposit and signed contract are required to secure date and start time(s) of event. The balance of all charges will be invoiced within ten (10) days following the event. All credit card charges are subject to a 2.0% processing fee. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation of entire event or any number of players within 60 days of the scheduled event will receive no refund. If the event is cancelled less than seven days prior to the date of the event day specified in the contract, the tournament organizer will be charged, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, 50% of the amount due based on the promised number of participants. If fewer than the promised number of participants actually participate,
the tournament organizer shall pay the full amount guaranteed.
If THGC cancels the event due to rain, and rescheduling is not
possible, the deposit for the event will be refunded less the
cost of any perishable foods supplied for the event. WAIVER AS TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES THGC and its employees are not responsible or liable for damage or loss to personal belongings or property of persons attending events. The sponsoring individual or group will be liable for all damages to persons, THGC property and/or contents. MISCELLANEOUS Rental clubs are available for $25 per set. Please inform THGC at least seven days in advance. Additional cart rentals may be available. Please ask for current rates and request to reserve them at least two (2) weeks in advance. THGC agrees to manage all corporate/group events on site. Each event must provide a tournament organizer to act as a liaison between THGC and the sponsoring individual or group. The tournament organizer must agree to communicate all play guidelines and all policies to the participants. RESERVATIONS Please contact us to check on availability of dates for your
