Helpful Information for booking with us.

Each individual reservation includes a standard double queen room for $150 per night per room which sleeps up to 4 adults.

To really get the full Harvester experience, we require a minimum of 2 nights stay on all reservations. Available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights only.

Access to the adjoining Lounge is limited to one group per weekend.

Please have a credit card ready when calling to book your reservation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% deposit will be charged directly to your credit card on file 30 days prior to your stay. All lodging cancelations or reductions outside of 30 days will result in loss of initial deposit. Lodging cancelations or reductions inside of 30 days will forfeit initial deposit and remaining 50% payment will be charged to credit card on file.

Please note any tee times associated with a lodging reservation are also subject to the 30 day cancelation or reduction policy.

• Golfing privileges are not included with any accommodation reservation.
• All meals are also charged separately, there are no meals included in the accommodation pricing.
• Rates shown on website do not include local sales tax of 7%.

The Harvester Lounge is a newly renovated space to meet the large group needs of our lodge guests. The Lounge is available to one group per weekend.

Lounge guests have sole access to the space for the weekend, which includes a large screen television, couches, dining tables & chairs. The Lounge also provides beer, liquor, soda, etc. for your group to enjoy (these beverages will be billed back to the group as consumed). Specific drink orders upon request. No other outside beverages will be allowed.
