The Harvester Community

Throughout the Harvester Community, there will be a variety of residential living styles available in several different neighborhoods, called homesteads. Each homestead offers relaxed, country living - from spacious single family homesites to farmhouse-style condominiums. The Harvester provides four types of personal living. Construction of all types is scheduled to begin in 2000 and 2001.

Country Estates
The Harvester's largest homesites provide high-end buyers with unbelievable views of The Harvester Golf Club and offer spacious living for the estate homeowner. Homesites range in size from 1.5 to 5.0 acres. Homes built within Country Estates will be subject to the highest standards in the Harvester Community.

Country Homes
These Harvester homesites boast a wonderful experience of country living within the context of a close-knit homestead. Homesites range in size from 1.0 to 1.5 acres.

Townhomes
Available at various locations within the Harvester Community, our luxurious townhomes offer upscale, carefree living with incredible views of the Harvester Golf Club and future courses. Townhomes range in size from 1,200 square feet to 2,500 square feet, including main floor living with a main floor master bedroom.

Condominiums
Make your home in one of our cozy condominiums, which offer comfortable living in a traditional farmhouse architectural style. Condominiums offer individual unit ownership. Three types of units are available: studios (500-700 sq. ft., 1 bath), one-bedrooms (700-900 sq. ft., 1 bath), and two-bedrooms (900-1,200 sq. ft., 2 baths). Penthouse units and garage units are available.
