Also, shotguns begin at 1:00pm in the shoulder season,
and 144-player outings can be held any day of the week.
The Harvester Golf Club (THGC) must receive final pairings of
all participants no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled
event. Any changes within the one-week time period before the
event will be charged $50.
THGC must receive the final number of participants for all catered
events no later than one (1) week prior to the scheduled event.
Any changes within the one-week time period before the event will
not be accepted.
THGC will provide all food and beverages served on Harvester property.
Food and beverages from outside sources are strictly prohibited.
All food and beverages sold on tab during corporate/group events
will be subject to an 18% gratuity charge.
A deposit and signed contract are required to secure date and
start time(s) of event. The balance of all charges is due on the
day of the scheduled event.
All credit card charges are subject to a 2.0% processing fee.
Cancellation of entire event or any number of players within
60 days of the scheduled event will receive no refund.
THGC is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to personal
belongings or property of persons attending events. The sponsoring
individual or group will be liable for all damages to persons,
Harvester property or contents.
Rental clubs are available for $25 per set. Please inform THGC
seven days in advance.
THGC agrees to manage all corporate/group events on site. Each
event must provide a corporate/group contact person to act as
a liason between THGC and the sponsoring individual or group.
The contact person must agree to communicate all play guidelines
and all policies to the participants.

All events are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
